If you want to meet other young people in a similar situation talk to your Youth Support Coordinator. Here are some of the things our patients have said about our Units or service;

"It helped me finding out other people were in the same situation as me, its hard for other people to really understand what your going through so talking to other patients on the ward or at events made me feel better"

"I was so relieved when they told me I could have someone stay with me overnight and that there wasn't strict visiting rules"

"I was really impressed how much information they gave me and how many places could offer support, the unit is amazing, you never know something like this exists until you need it."

"The kindness, patience and dignity they gave my child has been humbling, The staff do everything they can to make you feel safe and supported"
