The Royal Albert Hall- Backstage Experience 

Teenage Cancer Trust's Royal Albert Hall gigs, young people are invited to take part in an amazing day that includes a fantastic music workshop, tour of the Royal Albert Hall and tickets to the gig. Past gigs include - Ed Sheeran, Kasabian, John Bishop and Alan Carr.

Find Your Sense of Tumour (FYSOT)

There are two FYSOT weekend trips each year one for under 18s in summer and over 18s in winter. FYSOT is a great chance to have fun, meet friends and learn something new and is post of the post treatment support that Teenage Cancer Trust offer.

The Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust

The Ellen Macarthur offer sailing trips after treatment has completed and is a great way to pick your self up after treatment and build confidence, learn new skills and have fun. These trips run in the summer every year, they also offer shorter trips and siblings trips.

Teenage Cancer Trust – Way Forward Event

This event is for patients who are over 18 and will give you the opportunity to be in a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions of professionals, share your own experiences and, most importantly, gain support from other young people.

We will cover some of the following areas over the two days:

  • Your body and late effects of treatment
  • Fertility issues after treatment
  • Relationships
  • Coping after cancer - how to tell people; managing anxiety and stress; fear of recurrence  
  • Sexual health
  • Getting active -  the benefits of staying fit and healthy
  • Returning to education/work after cancer
  • Insurance matters – how to get travel insurance and benefits
